What we think, and why we build this way.
The thesis behind rubyDane, in a few essays. Where work is going, what replaces the dashboard, and why small teams should get the leverage first.
The future of work is play
Our thesis at Infrared Project: once the process is automated to the point of child's play, the software that wins is the one that makes the remaining human decisions feel like a game. That is why rubyDane gamifies the permission, not the send.
Kill the dashboard
Dashboards exist because a person had to read the data. When an agent reads it, synthesises it and turns it into recommendations, what the person needs is outcomes and actions. rubyDane has no dashboard on purpose.
Democratising intelligence
AI is the first technology that can give a three-person business the analytical leverage of a hundred-person one. Infrared Project exists to build the suite that makes that real for small teams.
A CRM you talk to and swipe
What rubyDane is, how it works, and how it differs from other AI CRMs. Ruby reads your book of business, drafts the follow-up in your voice, scores it, and stacks it for your swipe. Free beta: 1,200 emails a month.
